EVA
What is EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetat).
Eva is glue between Low iron Temperred glass , Cell, and backsheet. Eva sheet can be found in production procces of solar modul. usually in Roll 100m or 200meters. Eva than cut following glass size. Cutting procces can do by manual or automatic. After lamination EVA melting as glue for solar modul.
Main Characteristics of EVA sheet
1. Light Transmittance: ≥ 91%
2. Water Absorption (20℃, 24h): ≤0.1%
3. Gel Content: ≥85%
4. Peeling strength (N/cm): EVA/Glass: ≥50 N/cm;EVA/TPT: ≥30 N/cm;
5. Ultraviolet Aging Resistance (1000h, 83℃,
1000W Ultraviolet Lamp):△YI ≤ 2
6. Heat Aging Resistance (1000h, 85℃): △YI ≤ 2
7. Damp-Heat Aging Resistance (1000h, 85% Relative Humidity, 85℃): △YI ≤ 2
The above mentioned characteristics have been tested by DuPont and national
authorized institutions.
EVA sheet specification
Thickness: 0.4mm-1.0mm, common use thickness: 0.5mm.
Width: 810mm, 1010mm, 1200mm, 1350mm.
